Howard Kesselman, MD, Medical Director Owner

Dr. Kesselman graduated from Yale Medical School and he has been in residency and fellowship trained through Harvard Medical School. Dr. Kesselman has been managing Aesthetics network for over 5 years and has a wealth of knowledge in the Injectables and Aesthetics arena. Dr. Kesselman is the owner of Siana Aesthetics Medical Spa.

Lisa Kesselman, MS, Medical Spa Manager, Owner

Lisa has business ownership experience and has spent most of her career in the pharmaceutical and biotech space. Lisa manages Siana and focuses on operations, business/ vendor development and enhancing client relationships. Lisa is owner of Siana with her husband Howard. 

Majella Chute, Aesthetician, Assistant Spa Manager

Majella has been in the aesthetics industry for 20+ years! She’s helping to manage the spa with its launch and is an excellent resource for all of us. She is trained on all of our laser machines including micro-needling, collagen induction therapy, hair removal and Jetpeel facials! Majella is excellent at consultations. She is a certified ZO skin care specialist- product, facials, chemical peels! Majella does an extensive skin care analysis and will customize a plan for you to reach all your shirt & long term goals and look your absolute best! Alyssa, Aesthetician

Alyssa is a graduate from Catherine Hinds Institute Of Esthetics, completing their extended 900 hour program in 2022. She has a passion for skin care and is dedicated to helping clients feeling confident in their skin. Alyssa will work with you to individualize a plan to meet your skin care goals. Alyssa is a certified ZO consultant, HydraFacial Specialist and is fully trained on our Pixel8 microneedling machine, including exosome therapy! She also provides laser hair removal services. Alyssa will conduct a free skin care consultation and will guide you to achieve your skin care goals! Book with Alyssa on Wednesdays 12-8pm and Saturdays 10-4pm! 💗

Doreen, Aesthetician

Doreen has been an Aesthetician for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge analyzing and treating any skin disorders. Doreen is passionate about proper skin care and will develop a treatment plan designed just for you! At Siana we want results and that is what you will get! Doreen will give you an amazing facial tailored just to you! Doreen is a certified ZO Consultant, HydraFacial Specialist and is trained on our Pixel8 microneedling machine, including exosome therapy! Amanda, Social Media Coordinator, Curation Content Owner

Amanda Loffredo is a talented social media content creator with a passion for helping others showcase their talents in the digital space. With years of experience in the industry, she has developed a keen eye for what works on social media and how to translate talents into engaging and shareable content.

Janine, Cosmetic RN

Janine is one of our skilled Injectors here at Siana! Her work is both meticulous and natural. She has been a cosmetic RN since 2015!

She graduated Regis College 2002 Magna Cum Laude, President of her class! In addition, she is certified in healing complex wounds, so you know you are in good hands!

Shannon, Injector RN

Shannon is one of our skilled RN Injectors at Siana! Shannon is super detailed at consultation (which is free!), establishing goals and is all about you looking your best! Achieving short & long term goals at your own pace is key!

Shannon has been an RN on the north shore for many years, lives local and has been injecting over 6 years! Follow up, pull through and ensuring 100% satisfaction is the goal.

Shannon is available every Thursday from noon to 8pm! All our schedules are flexible too- we can always work with you to figure out a date & time that fits your schedule if need be. Bethany, Skilled Injector

We're thrilled to introduce Bethany, our skilled new PA!

With over 10 years of surgical practice experience and a passion for nutrition and fitness, she's joining the Siana team as a skilled injector.

Bethany will be available on Fridays and some Saturdays, dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and feel your best.

REBECCA BROOKS BSN, MBA

Rebecca is a Registered Nurse with specialized training and certification in neurotoxins, fillers, and other aesthetic injectables. She has been serving the South Shore and Cape Cod as a nurse injector since 2021. Her conservative approach to medical aesthetics focuses on her clients’ natural beauty. Rebecca has attended advanced facial anatomy workshops and has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on dermatology. 

Rebecca holds a B.A. from Merrimack College, a BSN from Salve Regina University, and an MBA from Boston College.

Catie, Injector RN

Catie is our newest RN Injector! Catie comes to Siana Aesthetics with 6+ years of botox and filler experience. Catie is from Beverly and is very involved with the community!

Catie has extensive training from ARI in Woburn and is hitting the ground hard with a full day of injecting EVERY Friday!

Tracy, Botox Trainer and Filler Injector, Cosmetic Medicine RN

Tracy is a renown Botox trainer and filler injector. She defines a unique space where art truly meets science. She is a retired Podiatrist and RN specializing in cosmetic medicine since 1997. She received her BSN from Fitchburg State University and earned her Doctorate at Temple University graduating with a DPM in 1995.

In 2002, Tracy was one of the first RN’s in MA to perform cosmetic injections. She is truly gifted and teaches advanced techniques to our Siana team! Tracy is currently accepting new clients and is available 2 days a month.. Call us to book an appt with Tracy.

Debbie, PR Event Coordinator

Debbie has extensive experience in event planning and promotional business development! Debbie has helped our team launch Siana with coordination of planning events and promoting our services! She’s going to continue to be part of our team moving forward supporting our marketing efforts!
